Is there a free trial?
Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature, no credit card required. At the end of your trial you can choose a plan or your account will simply pause. No surprise charges, no auto-billing.
Can I change plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new tier's features. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current plan until then.
How does annual billing work?
Pay upfront for 12 months and save 20% compared to monthly billing. You'll receive a single annual invoice. If your entity count grows beyond your tier during the year, you can upgrade mid-cycle and only pay the prorated difference.
What's included in entity count?
Every legal entity in your group counts as one entity — companies (proprietary or public), trusts (discretionary, unit, hybrid), partnerships, limited partnerships, and SMSFs. Dormant or deregistered entities that you keep on file for record-keeping do not count toward your limit.
Do you support international entities?
Yes. EntityFlo fully supports entities registered in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Ireland. Each jurisdiction includes localised compliance rules, officer role types, and filing requirements. More jurisdictions coming mid-2026.
Is my data secure?
EntityFlo is an accredited ASIC Digital Service Provider and registered ASIC Agent. All data is stored in Australia on AWS infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We enforce role-based access control, full audit trails, and two-factor authentication. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification is in progress.
How does onboarding work?
Once you sign up, you can create entities manually or instantly pull company details using your ABN or ACN directly from the ASIC registry. Our onboarding team is available for guided setup on Control plans and above, and Enterprise clients receive a dedicated implementation manager to migrate complex group structures.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts on any plan. You can cancel from your account settings and retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data remains exportable for 90 days after cancellation.
