Diligent Entities (formerly Blueprint OneWorld) is a long-established global entity management product used in 140+ countries, and is a registered ASIC digital service provider supporting EDGE and ECR e-filing, ASIC data download and comparison reports. It also offers structure visualisation, share register, board portal and document management. EntityFlo covers a similar entity and ASIC lodgement scope for Australia, and adds discretionary trust look-through, a per-entity compliance score, and auto-drafted resolutions tied to detected issues. Diligent is typically chosen by large global groups; EntityFlo by AU-focused mid-market groups.

Athennian provides entity and people records, cap table, structure charts, document management and a global compliance calendar across many jurisdictions, with strong adoption among PE, funds and large law firms. It is not a registered ASIC digital service provider, so direct ASIC lodgement isn't part of the platform. EntityFlo covers a narrower geographic footprint but lodges directly with ASIC, models discretionary trusts with look-through, and includes an Australian-aligned obligation and renewal layer.

BGL's CAS 360 is widely used across Australian and NZ accounting and legal practices for ASIC form preparation and lodgement, annual reviews, trust register maintenance, ID verification, and digital signing via partner integrations. EntityFlo overlaps on ASIC lodgement and trust support, but is positioned for in-house legal, finance and company secretarial teams managing groups of related entities — adding cross-entity governance, conflicts register, board meeting workflow and a UBO look-through model.

NowInfinity (part of Class) is widely used by Australian accounting practices for company set-ups, trust and SMSF deed generation, ASIC Corporate Messenger lodgement, and document workflow. EntityFlo doesn't generate trust or SMSF deeds; it focuses on the ongoing governance of an established group — cross-entity obligations, conflicts register, board meeting workflow, and trust look-through for UBO.
