NowInfinity provides a library of 70+ legal document templates, including trust deeds and entity establishment documents. EntityFlo generates governance documents — resolutions, consents and ASIC forms — within a workflow, and does not offer a standalone legal template library or trust deed generation.
NowInfinity includes Super Comply for SMSF compliance and documents. EntityFlo does not offer SMSF administration.
NowInfinity generates resolution and minute documents from templates. EntityFlo includes a board portal: it tracks the meeting where the decision was made, generates the minutes and resolutions automatically, and lodges directly.
NowInfinity maintains ownership records. EntityFlo calculates UBO through layered ownership structures and reconciles the underlying data against the registry.
NowInfinity lodges with ASIC under the firm's own registered agent number. EntityFlo is a registered ASIC agent, so an internal team can lodge under EntityFlo's agent licence without holding its own agent registration — or appoint and use their own.
NowInfinity's Corporate Messenger is priced per company per year, with document generation charged separately. EntityFlo is a flat monthly subscription, direct to the company, with no per-entity or per-document fee.
