    Direct answer

EntityFlo is company secretary software for Singapore corporate groups. It maintains statutory registers, tracks ACRA obligations and the company secretary appointment requirement, and runs AGMs, resolutions and controller records from one live corporate record.

    The problem

What breaks once you pass five entities.

    01

The secretary role is a statutory obligation, not admin

Every Singapore company must appoint a qualified company secretary within six months, and the office cannot stay vacant beyond six months.

    02

Registers live in too many places

Members, directors, secretaries, charges and controllers end up in separate files that drift apart between filings.

    03

Every change has a 14-day clock

Appointments, resignations, address changes and share transfers must reach ACRA quickly, and the group has dozens of them a year.

    What you get

    Built for Singapore governance teams

For company secretaries, corporate secretarial providers and in-house counsel running 5–200+ Singapore and cross-border entities.

    Statutory registers in one record

Members, directors, secretaries, charges and controllers all derive from the same live data, so they cannot drift apart.

    ACRA filings prepared for you

Officer, address, capital and share changes generate BizFile-ready data inside the 14-day notification window.

    AGMs and resolutions end-to-end

Notices, agendas, minutes, voting and signed resolutions attach to the entity record and update the registers.

Nothing sits in one person's head

Full audit trails, role-based access and handover-ready records for when the secretarial role changes hands.

    How it works

    The EntityFlo operating model.

    1

Hold every statutory register for every Singapore entity in one place.

    2

Track the company secretary appointment and any vacancy against the six-month rule.

    3

Generate ACRA-ready data for officer, address and share changes.

    4

Run AGMs and board meetings with agendas, minutes and resolutions attached to the record.

    5

Keep the register of registrable controllers current as ownership changes.

    The split

What the Singapore company secretary role actually covers

The statutory duties are wide: registers, filings, meetings and controller records, across every entity in the group.

    Versus

EntityFlo vs. spreadsheets vs. outsourced secretarial

Outsourcing the role does not give you visibility. Spreadsheets do not keep the registers current.

    FAQ

    The questions buyers actually ask.

Is a company secretary mandatory in Singapore?

Yes. Every company must appoint a company secretary within six months of incorporation. The secretary must be ordinarily resident in Singapore and cannot be the sole director.

Does EntityFlo replace our corporate secretarial provider?

It replaces the spreadsheets and folders either you or your provider maintain. Many groups keep their provider and use EntityFlo as the shared source of record.

    Which statutory registers are supported?

Registers of members, directors, secretaries, chief executive officers, charges, and the register of registrable controllers.

Can it handle entities outside Singapore?

Yes. Singapore entities follow ACRA rules while Australian, UK, US, NZ, Canadian and Irish entities follow their own, all in the same register.

    How are resolutions signed?

Digitally inside the platform, with the signed document and audit trail attached to the entity record and the relevant register updated.

Run the secretarial function from one record

Registers, filings, meetings and controllers for every Singapore entity. First entity free, forever.
