Check the current instructions for the exact form rather than assuming every ASIC transaction accepts the same portal, email or signature.

How to choose the correct ASIC form lodgement channel

Source review: 2026-11-06. General procedural information, not legal or tax advice. Check the linked ASIC instructions before lodging; forms, fees and portal screens can change.

    Before you start

    • Identify the transaction, form number and applicant’s capacity.
    • Prepare required supporting documents and the permitted signature type.

    How to complete the process

    • Open the current official ASIC page for the exact form.
    • Use the online portal, approved email or postal channel specified on that page.
    • For PDF/email routes, follow the form-specific signature, evidence, subject and attachment requirements.
    • Check the fee, submit, keep acknowledgment and verify processing.

    After lodgement or completion

    • Retain the actual submitted version and receipt, not only a draft.

    Important limits and exceptions

Email availability for one form does not permit emailing all forms. Certified copies and solemn documents can have separate requirements. FloSec provides public guidance, cannot sign or lodge forms, and must never request portal passwords or keys.

    Keeping the company record complete

Keep approvals, consents, submitted documents and lodgement receipts with the entity record. EntityFlo can help organise records and supported workflows; guidance about a form does not mean EntityFlo supports direct lodgement of that form. Website FloSec cannot sign, lodge or access your private company records.
