How to access ASIC’s company officeholder portal

Source review: 2026-11-06. General procedural information, not legal or tax advice. Check the linked ASIC instructions before lodging; forms, fees and portal screens can change.

    Before you start

    • Have the company details and the authorised officeholder’s personal information available.
    • Locate the eight-digit corporate key or arrange a replacement.

    How to complete the process

    • Open ASIC’s official company officeholder portal access page.
    • Follow sign-up and identity/account instructions using the company details and corporate key.
    • If the key is missing, request a replacement; ASIC mails it to the registered office.
    • Activate access and select the company and permitted transaction.

    After lodgement or completion

    • Keep account credentials secure and check the registered office address is current.

    Important limits and exceptions

The corporate key is not the everyday account password and is not the 10-digit ASIC key used to link a business name. Never paste keys or passwords into a public chat.

    Keeping the company record complete

Keep approvals, consents, submitted documents and lodgement receipts with the entity record. EntityFlo can help organise records and supported workflows; guidance about a form does not mean EntityFlo supports direct lodgement of that form. Website FloSec cannot sign, lodge or access your private company records.
