Our Team

We built it because we needed it.

As executives in finance, technology, and regulated industries, we spent years navigating governance structures that had no proper system behind them. EntityFlo is what we wished existed.

    Our Mission

Give legal, finance, and compliance teams complete visibility over every entity, obligation, and ownership structure in their group — so governance is a foundation for decisions, not a source of risk.

    Our Values

    What we stand for.

    Security as a Foundation

The data our clients trust us with is some of the most sensitive they hold. We hold it to SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 standards. Security is the baseline, not a feature.

    Precision by Default

In regulated environments, close enough is a liability. Every data point in EntityFlo is authoritative, auditable, and current.

Built for the People Doing the Work

Designed for CFOs, General Counsels, and Company Secretaries managing real complexity. Not for the edge cases. Not for the demos. For the daily work.

    Certainty Over Ambiguity

When a Director or CFO acts inside EntityFlo, they act with confidence — not a best guess based on data that might be months out of date.

His focus is building infrastructure that professional firms and corporate groups can rely on without question.

    Our Story

The tools didn't exist. So we built them.

We spent years inside organisations where governance was managed through a combination of shared drives, external lawyers, and institutional memory. Compliance sat in inboxes. Ownership structures that should have taken an hour to produce took weeks. ASIC obligations were tracked in spreadsheets that nobody fully trusted.

The tools that existed were built for ASX boards — not for the people doing the actual work. CFOs chasing ASIC deadlines. Company Secretaries maintaining registers across dozens of entities. General Counsels trying to get a clear picture of who owns what and who can sign. The disconnect was huge.

After speaking with board members, CFOs, General Counsels, and Company Secretaries across some of Australia's most complex corporate groups, it became clear the problem was universal. So we built a complete solution — not another board portal, but a governance engine for the teams responsible for keeping entities compliant, structured, and audit-ready every single day.
