Company Registration

Register new companies directly through EntityFlo. ASIC Form 201 lodgement with pre-populated details, consent collection, and automatic entity setup.

Incorporate companies without leaving the platform

Setting up a new company traditionally involves multiple disconnected steps — preparing the Form 201, collecting officer consents, choosing a constitution, lodging with ASIC, and then manually entering the new company's details into your entity management system. Each step involves a different tool, different login, and different process. EntityFlo streamlines this into a single workflow. Enter the company details, collect consents digitally, lodge the Form 201 directly with ASIC, and the new entity is automatically set up in your EntityFlo account with all details populated from the registration.

    Guided registration workflow

EntityFlo's company registration workflow guides you through every required step: 1. Company details — name, type (proprietary limited, public, etc.), registered office, and principal place of business 2. Officers — proposed directors and secretary, with consent forms generated and sent for digital signing 3. Shareholders — initial share structure, share classes, and shareholder details 4. Constitution — select a replaceable rules set or upload a custom constitution 5. Review and submit — final review before ASIC lodgement 6. Entity setup — once ASIC confirms registration, the new entity is created in EntityFlo with all details populated Each step validates inputs against ASIC requirements before proceeding, preventing lodgement rejections.

    Consent collection built in

Every proposed director and secretary must provide written consent before appointment. EntityFlo generates the required consent forms as part of the registration workflow and sends them for digital signing. The system tracks consent status for each proposed officer and won't proceed to ASIC lodgement until all consents are collected. This integrated approach eliminates the common problem of registrations being delayed while chasing consent forms — a significant friction point in traditional registration processes.

    Automatic entity onboarding

Once ASIC confirms the registration, EntityFlo automatically creates the new entity in your account. Company details, officer appointments, share structure, and the constitution are all populated from the registration data. The entity is immediately visible in your entity portfolio with its ACN, ABN (once issued), and registration details. The new entity also inherits your group's compliance configuration — obligation tracking, document checklists, and compliance monitoring are activated automatically. There's no manual setup required to start managing the new entity.
