EntityFlo supports multiple signature workflows: • Individual signing — send a document to one person for signature • Sequential signing — multiple signers in a defined order (e.g., company secretary then director) • Parallel signing — multiple signers can sign simultaneously (e.g., all directors for a circular resolution) • Witness signing — signer plus witness on the same document Each workflow tracks the status of every signature — pending, viewed, signed, declined — with timestamps and notifications at each stage.
