    Your AML program, managed end-to-end

AML/CTF program, risk assessment, customer due diligence procedures, training records and independent review — the full eight-component program lifecycle, managed in one place.

    02

    Screened at onboarding

Every new officer, trustee and beneficial owner is screened against global PEP, sanctions and adverse-media lists during onboarding — with the result captured in the corporate record.

    03

    Monitored continuously

Screening doesn't stop at onboarding. The engine re-runs against updated lists and surfaces new matches as alerts.

    04

    Decisions captured

Every match — true, false, escalated, cleared — is captured with the reviewer, the date and the rationale. AUSTRAC-ready by default.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

    Which data sources are used?

EntityFlo uses tier-one global PEP and sanctions data feeds (OFAC, UN, EU, UK HMT, DFAT, AUSTRAC) plus adverse-media coverage, with daily updates.

Is this aligned to AUSTRAC and Tranche 2?

Yes. The program covers the eight AUSTRAC-required components (governance, risk assessment, customer due diligence, ongoing CDD, reporting, record keeping, training, independent review) and is built for Tranche 2 readiness ahead of the 2026 commencement.

Does it work for non-Australian entities?

Yes. The program template adapts to the entity's jurisdiction — AUSTRAC in Australia, FinCEN in the US, FCA in the UK, FINTRAC in Canada, DIA in New Zealand — with the right reporting obligations applied.

What happens when a match is found?

The match is surfaced as a Compliance Hub alert against the officer or beneficial owner, with the source, list and confidence score attached. A reviewer marks it true, false, escalated or cleared — and the decision is locked into the audit trail with the rationale.
