Conflicts of interest, applied in real time

Declared conflicts feed directly into board meetings, voting and Actions — so conflicted directors are flagged before a decision is taken, not after.

    02

    Delegations of authority, mapped

Who can sign for what, up to what limit, for which entity — captured in one register and surfaced inside every relevant workflow.

    03

    Related-party transactions, traceable

Every related-party transaction is captured with the parties, the approval pathway and the disclosure — ready for the financial statements.

    04

    Insurance, visible across the group

D&O, professional indemnity, public liability, cyber — policies, expiries and excesses tracked per entity, with renewal alerts.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

Are conflicts visible across the group?

Yes. A director's declared conflicts apply across every entity they sit on, and are surfaced inside every board meeting, vote and Action where that director is a participant.

How do delegations of authority work?

Each entity holds a delegations register specifying who can sign for what, up to which financial limit, and for which transaction type. When a matching Action is initiated, the platform routes it to the delegated authority automatically — there is no separate approvals chase.

Can related-party transactions be reported on?

Yes. Every related-party transaction is captured with the parties, dollar value, approval pathway and disclosure status — and rolls up into a group-wide related-party report ready for the financial statements and the auditor.

    Does insurance tracking include renewals?

Yes. D&O, professional indemnity, public liability, cyber and any custom policy type are tracked per entity with sum insured, excess, broker, expiry and a renewal Action that fires ahead of the lapse date.
