Can the audit trail be edited?
No. Once written it is immutable. Corrections happen as new entries with full attribution — the original record is preserved.
What is captured in the trail?
Every field edit (with before and after value), every document version, every Action initiated and completed, every resolution signed, every compliance issue raised and resolved, every regulator lodgement and every user login. Nothing happens off-trail.
Is it admissible to a regulator?
Yes. Entries are timestamped, attributed to a named user, signed and locked. Exports include a cryptographic checksum so the regulator or auditor can verify the file has not been altered post-export.
How far back does it go?
The trail starts the moment the entity is added to EntityFlo and persists for the life of the workspace. Closed entities retain their full trail indefinitely.
