How often must a confirmation statement be filed?
At least once every 12 months. The review period starts the day after the last CS01 (or incorporation) and ends 12 months later. Filing is due within 14 days of the period end.
What if information has not changed?
You still must file: confirming the information is unchanged. EntityFlo prepares a "no change" CS01 in a single click.
Can I update PSC information at the same time?
